What is a facial?
A facial is a professional treatment of the skin on the face, where the skin is cleansed, exfoliated, moisturized and cared for to improve its health and appearance.
Which facial treatment is right for me?
It depends on your skin type and skin conditions. Our skin therapist will perform a skin analysis and tailor the treatment to your needs – e.g. moisturizing for dry skin, deep cleansing for oily/acne-prone skin, or soothing for sensitive skin.
How often should you have a facial?
Generally, a treatment every 4–6 weeks is recommended to keep the skin in balance. If you have specific skin problems such as acne, pigmentation or fine lines, you may need a course of treatment.
Does facial treatment hurt?
Most of the steps are relaxing, but pore cleansing can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable, especially if you have a lot of blackheads or inflammation. Our skin therapist adjusts the pressure and uses the right technique to reduce discomfort.
Can I have a facial if I'm pregnant?
Yes, most treatments are safe during pregnancy, but certain ingredients such as retinol, strong acids and certain devices should be avoided. Always inform us of your pregnancy.
What should I consider after a facial treatment?

Can you get pimples after a facial?
Yes, it is possible. The treatment stimulates the skin and clears out impurities, which can sometimes lead to a ”cleansing” if you have had clogged pores.

Many people experience a glow and smoother skin immediately after treatment. Some results, such as reduced pores or even skin tone, are more visible after a few days or after a course of treatment.
