Before treatment:

• Avoid sunbathing and use SPF 50 at least one week before treatment.
• Stop using active skin care products such as retinol or AHA acids at least 3 days before treatment.

After treatment:

• Protect your skin from the sun and use SPF 50 every day.
• Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
• Avoid strong chemical products or peels until the skin has recovered.

You may experience redness, swelling or small crusts on the skin, which usually disappear within a few days.
