How long do eyelash extensions last?
Durability varies depending on your lash cycle and how you care for your lashes, but on average they last 3–5 weeks. Regular refilling is recommended every 2–4 weeks to maintain a consistent result.
What is the difference between single, volume and mixed lashes?
Single lashes gives a natural and discreet result, where one false eyelash is attached to each natural lash.
Volume lashes Creates a fuller look with multiple thin lashes attached to small sun feathers.
Mixed lashes combines the techniques and provides both definition and volume – the perfect balance between natural and effective.
Does it hurt to get eyelash extensions?
No, the treatment is completely painless and many customers take the opportunity to rest or fall asleep during this time.
Can I use mascara with eyelash extensions?
The not recommended, especially not waterproof mascara, as it can damage lashes and shorten their lifespan. With the right length and density, mascara is rarely needed.
How do I take care of my lashes after the treatment?
Avoid water, steam and oil-based products around the eyes for the first few days. 24 hours. Clean your lashes with a gentle lash shampoo and brush them daily with a clean brush.
Are eyelash extensions suitable for everyone?
Eyelash extensions are suitable for most people, but should be avoided if: eye infections, very sensitive skin or allergies to the glue. A consultation before treatment is always a good idea if you are unsure.
How long does the treatment take?
A new set takes approx. 90–120 minutes, depending on the technique and desired fullness. Filling usually takes 30–75 minutes.
What happens if I want to remove the lashes?
The lash extension can be removed safe and gentle in the salon using a special remover. Never try to pull the lashes off yourself.
What counts as a lash extension refill?
For your treatment to be classified as a refill you need at least 40–50 % of lashes left since the previous visit. If you have lost more than that, or if it has been too long (usually over 4 weeks), it is counted as a new set. Booking the right treatment time ensures that we have time to create a nice and even result.
